I'm a Nashville native growing up on Belmont and Kirkwood. I love seeing the community friendly changes to Sevier Park, adding bike lanes, etc. It pains me to see the conscience of planners marred by greed. Why is it so difficult to put the existing neighborhood and it's residents first? The character of my hometown is diminishing before my eyes. Why does Metro believe we can accommodate all the traffic? It seems if they really wanted to be on the side of the people we would not be having this irresponsible, out of control problem in the first place.

I can no longer drive my car through 12th South without updating my life insurance policy. It's insane to add an apartment hjuouse to the already congested street.

Our infrastructure can't handle more traffic and people that this complex would bring

This will be bad news for all of the home owners who have worked hard to make 12S a great place to live, walk, and raise a family. It driven by greed and not what is best for Nashville and the community.

Virtually all the proposed new development in our area is apartments. This conflicts with preservation of the residential and retail mix property owners in the neighborhood desire.

Stop approving SP variances like they are impact-free. This community cannot absorb the traffic you are approving (forcing) through these oversized projects. Also, residential developments without retail/commercial components is faulty urban design.

we are decimating the very character of the neighborhood that attracted so many of us here in the first place. Enough.

Our beloved 12th south area has already been over run by the greed of developers. Please do not allow yet another monstrosity to be built.

too much traffic influx without an infrastructure to support it.

This project would have serious negative impact on traffic flow in an already crowded neighborhood.

I am not opposed to density; however, I believe developments should be more sensitive to scale, context & quality. Also, I support Mixed use...some retail with LOCALLY owned businesses in the building. And some affordable housing units, esp with a project of this size and nature.
