This is really not an appropriate location for a development like this, especially without adequate parking.

This project is too big and is not thought out well enough for this location

Not the type of development that Brighton needs. This will just add to the problems while lining developers pockets - developers who do not live in Brighton.

It's time for Council to work in favour of its resident rate-payers, not crooked developers.

Please put a stop to this madness. Brighton is choking as it is. The congestion is beyond belief right now. If this high rise goes ahead it will damage Brighton.

A BIG NO to this proposal. All the roads are congested already (Bay St, Moate Ave especially) Lack of parking for the residents. Stop the trouble makers to destroy Brighton. We need police presence every day to stop hoons . We need speed cameras on Bay st, Moate ave .Put meter parking. Listen to the residents and keep our neighbourhood safe!

This proposed DA and the relocation of Kogarah Golf Course onto 37 hectares of public land is the same thing. Who makes these stupid decisions??

This just a terrible idea. Please encourage developments which will enhance the area inline with your strategic plans which include adequate parking and are in keeping with the scale of surrounding buildings.

The suggested parking is not sufficient for the area and frankly 11 stories is excessive

I do not want the neighbourhood overdeveloped with a lack of concern for infrastructure and impact on local facilities

NO to this development, what a dumb idea this is. All the reasons already stated are 100 percent correct.

A definite NO from me. The council is supposed to be looking after our suburb not destroying it.

Absolutely NOT to be approved. There is a serious lack of parking space as is!
