This is scary, there's a high change that they take government contract to use this boarding house for ex-prisoners, drug users, homeless people, mentally illness people etc. I'm strongly appose to building a boarding house in Brighton. It will bring social issues to the area.

we live in this area its overcrowded -e are fighting for parking everyday there is enough people entering this area and Novatel atracks internation vissitors we don't need this 'boarding house' here let them build in Liverpool, Campbelltown, Penrith lets not make Brighton like those areas - lets keep Brighton Le Sands Peaceful.. thank you.

Brighton-le-Sands is already congested. The residents DO NOT WANT backpacker style accomodation in the area.

There has to be significant more parking, even if its only a boarding house. It could be used as additional parking to service the area if not needed by the complex. Who is to say the use of this building won't change in the future so we need to ensure parking has allowed for this change.

This is really bad and unsuitable project. It will affect all residents lifestyle and bring more crime and traffic noise. Council should think sbout in long run to develop this beachside suburb.

As a resident I feel extremely disappointed. Such a development would significantly impact the commercial and residential opportunities of our great area. Such an amazing part of the world needs restaraunts, cafes, hotels not boarding, housing commission type structures that will lower the socioeconomic status of Brighton .

There's enough trouble down at brighton le sands now , with hoons running the joint and nothing being done to curb their anti social behaviour . I dread to think what further mayhem will occur there with a boarding house tower added to the already congested area.

Council is ruining Brighton it will just be another dumping ground the new school in Francis is a job well done but this is dreadful
