I strongly oppose this development in its current form. There is not enough parking for the amount of people that will live here, let alone their visitors! Already congested parking in Brighton-le-sands will become drastically worse.

There is no parking already ( I struggle on a daily basis) and I do not want an unattractive building on Bay. Also I want to feel safe walking with my family and not have to constantly watch over my shoulder. Not to mention the additional traffic this will create!

Totally out of character for the area, to high, not enough parking, will fill up with very short term residents, drugs, hoons, crime. Lowering property values. Say no!

NO!! Unsuitable for the area. Safety, Security, Criminal activity, Drug use,Noise and hoons.
Parking is over capacity now, we don't need more residents parking on the streets!

We want our suburb to stay clean.. no short term boarders please.. it'll completely change the culture on our beautiful beach and create uncertainty within our community..

I totally oppose this development because I do not want more crime to come. Parking at Brighton Le Sands is extremely hard to find now , so without parking this development site will bring more problems of parking issues to the area.
