I definitely do not want this huge boarding studios complex to be built in Brighton Le Sands.
If a building is to be erected I would much rather prefer studios for first time home buyers, family people to come into our area. Further I am very concerned about Lack of parking and more crime to be introduced to our area.

I strongly oppose this application. The tower is an eye sore and the people this boarding house will attract will bring crime, drugs and more trouble to our streets.

Brighton Le Sands does NOT need a boarding house/accommodation. It will devalue the surrounding properties and businesses. Use your heads!!!! This will NOT benefit Brighton Le Sands!!!!
