Brighton-le-Sands is a friendly community, and has no need for a development of this type, and the problems it will bring with it. Congestion of parking and a transient population which has no affiliation or care of the established population

Why do we need a boarding house this big?? I am opposed to high rise buildings to tower over people's back yards! They block natural light invade people's privacy and are an ugly eye sore!! No to high rise !!

Ridiculous! As if we don't have enough rif raf in the area with the local public housing and hoons that come from out of the area and give our suburb a bad name! Our suburb will be devalued and how will it look for our tourists who access the Novotel??? Welcome to the ghetto!

NO BOARDING HOUSE. GEOGRAPHICALLY INAPPROPRIATE FACILITIES IN THE ARA

I strongly object to this 11 storey, 88 room boarding house being allowed to be built in the middle of the shopping strip on Bay Street. The suburb may become a ghetto if this kind of development is allowed. It will be unsafe for women and children.

The location detected seems to be incorrect. Hope this won't affect the results.

This development will make the area short of even more car spaces, congesting the area and devalue properties. I'm opposed to it.

A much too large, geographically inappropriate facility in an area poorly serviced by public transport. No thank you!

I agree parking is very difficult and projects already in progress will make parking worse without this one adding to it.I'm opposed to it.

The fact about the insufficient car spaces to be allocated is a genuine concern. Bay street now becomes a traffic jam during the Summer season therefore this would definitely add to the problem.

Is this development considered because of corrupt government officials?
