Council allowing unit blocks to be built but are taking away parking spots??? Here's an idea stuff the boarding house & build a decent car park. This is NOT a derelict suburb for a boarding house, we pay good money to live in Brighton.

An 11 storey tower on Bay St Brighton is totally out of character for the area. It should not proceed under any circumstances.

I do not support the development of 295 Bay St. Brighton is in enough mess with congestion, poor traffic and policing management without adding even more people without corresponding car parks. I am appalled that a development like this would even be considered- shame on you Bayside council.
