This is a terrible idea! This is a family area and this development is completely inappropriate it will add to the noise pollution which has never been adequately addressed, and make traffic and parking even worse. It will also attract more anti socia behaviour.

this new nightmare is unbelievable we have enough drama in our streets with with crime, parking situation is a nightmare we can't even park near our own homes anymore and on top of that we get booked and have to pay fines if we park in front of our own garage . Family and friends don't visit as they find it impossible to find parking no one what to visit if they have to park 3 blocks away this development is going to bring more crimes assaults and even more drama with parking we need to try and get our neighborhood safe again not introduce more rowdy crowds. Find a solution for residents to be able to park at there own premises before you introduce a new 11 stores boarding house. Look after the people who pay rates etc .

I strongly disagree and oppose this development. We are raising young families in this area and we do not need to attract crowds that will endanger our peace of mind and our families.

This is not a development for this area. At this moment traffic is already very congested and we don't need to bring more people who don't contribute to the benefit of the local people.
This development will place more stress on infrastructure.
Hopefully common sense will prevail and the development will be rejected to the benefit of the local community.

This proposed development is hardly believable for Brighton Le Sands. Brighton is already congested full of traffic, lot of hooligans in cars making noise, bikies, crimes and assault. Such a ridiculous Boarding House will destroy this family orientated area and triple crime rates making into such an unpleasant and unsafe area. Let's keep our neighbourhood, families and children safe.

It's Footprint is too small for such a high building.
Car spaces are not adequate.
Boarding houses disappeared with square wheels....and so they should!
