88 room and 22 parking spots. Do the maths. Building require at LEAST 1 parking per unit. Two bedroom units come with two. This is a joke and someone is obviously going to profit from this. NOT the community.

Residents have rights too!! This is a monstrosity, and the lack of parking provided is a real concern. This may be a very walkable area, but people still own cars for weekends and recreation, and need somewhere for visitors to park. Stop being so greedy, and go back to the drawing board and find a more acceptable solution!

This will bring the area down and force a lovely beach side community into a scummy ghetto full of degenerates. We struggle as it is to find parking and you want to inject more people without the parking to accommodate.
