What worries me is the residents of Terrigal had the same worries about the 'boarding house' built in their area and from what I can see lost the case. It is currently being built- looks terrible too and completely out of place. I worry this will happen to us. I live close by and really hope it doesn't get through council. https://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/newslocal/central-coast/wamberal-residents-fight-plans-for-a-nineroom-boarding-house/news-story/0a865853a6c38721e9ff395305e18ec9

The proposed development is completely at odds with the family orientated, residential nature that currently exists in this area and will only lower the standards currently in place

No, as an owner of an investment property close to this location I believe this is an inappropriate location.

Unbelievable - totally inappropriate to have such a development amongst family homes. I sense this development is a backhanded covert way of having ‘clients’ of ‘services’ residing short term. Who are the developers, what’s the agenda - I smell something very off with this DA.

This area is a family area. Children ride their bikes and walk to the beach. We must preserve the safety of the area by not exposing our little community to these types of developments and the individuals they attract

There is more than enough housing commission developments in this ares not to mention the local hotels that the department of housing pay to take in addicts and people just realised for jail let terrigal and erina heights have so of the burden for once

I would definitely be against this being built so close to our home. It’s way too small to be functional. I’m sure the owners might have good intentions but I can only see this kind of building used for emergency housing or something similar which will impact us all.
