We have enough emergency housing in the area bringing our house prices down. Also needs to be closer to essential services.

The Central Coast is struggling as it is to uphold it’s reputation of being a wonderful place to live. This proposed boarding house would definitely do more damage than good. It’s the last thing the Coast needs...

Does anyone in council realise we are paying almost 3000 dollars a year in rates to live here?

Originally the owner was going to keep the building the same
Since the methodone clinic was removed Long Jetty became a more up market real estate!
With the places close by that already house a lot of transient people, way the hell would you want Long Jetty to loose it’s market again.

Poor effort on the town planning departments behalf if this goes through. It doesn’t fit into the demographic of the area.
