Stop the boarding house 48 McLachlan Ave Long Jetty

Knock down this eyesore please.

I do not think this development would be in keeping with the area. I have serious reservations about the clientele they say they are targeting.

Do not let this happen.

There are enough cheap dodgy rentals in the area already ! it is not fair on the home owners it devalues our homes

Please don’t do this Long Jetty is a by place to live in, don’t wreck it, find somewhere else to do this !!

As there are a mix of young families, retirees & businesses in the local area I feel there is nothing positive to be gained by creating a boarding/facility in that location & would only encourage negative Individuals to reside in a location locals have been trying clean up for quite some time.

This is not where a boarding house should be. Call it what you like, aged Care home, boarding home, Half way house, We don't need it in Shelly Beach

All of us in Long Jetty have worked hard and continue to work hard, to be able to live in a nice suburb that’s now sought-after. I think there are lower value areas more suitable for boarding houses.

Sorry but a boarding house is not what is wanted in Long Jetty. It's a young family area trying to establish a new reputation. This will not help.

Not an appropriate place for this to be built!

I want a family suburb where i am xomfortable knowing my kids are safe.

The Jetty is improving its image in the community and a boarding house is not needed nor warranted for the area
