For this development to be permissible under the SEPP Condition – Affordable Rental Housing (as of February this year) - the property is needs to be within 400m walking distance of landwithin a B2 Local Centre or B4 Mixed Use zone, or within an equivalent land use zone. Which it is not, it is 500m away from anything that falls within this zoning - how are the demographic of the tenants the developer proposes will be residing in this building meant access shops/medical facilities for their basic needs!?

Insufficient parking makes this proposal ridiculous. I hope commonsense prevails. This development should not be allowed.

This development is not suitable for the area. Should be placed closer to support services. Long Jetty has seen an influx of new business, young working families and this will negatively impact these changes.

Stop ruining our central coast! Hard working families don’t want or need this here.

Boarding houses need to be close to employment facilities, grocery stores, etc etc. Long Jetty is finally getting a good name, don’t ruin it now.

We own property close to this address and we feel it would devalue property around it. We pay high rates and have paid a lot of money to buy into this area!

Boarding houses need to be located close to services for employment, healthcare and transport. This area does not fit. Find a new location.
