This is a terrible idea. For all the businesses and residents of an area which has just crawled its way out of a bad reputation for the demographic contained therein.

As a near by neighbour I just received the DA letter today. We only have to 3rd Oct to apply to council to stop this submission, including reasons why. I'll be submitting my ASAP.

I am strongly opposed to this demographic of building in the area
This will impact on the current community
It poses a threat to the financial stability of the property prices & business growth of the area
A corner block is a dangerous location for medium to high density housing
Parking would be an issue for 16 residents on a 518 square metre block & not to mention their visitors
It will also attract a different demographic to the current community
Noise pollution problems
General waste pollution
Larger towns & cities are a better location for people looking forward work and support
The entrance has the lowest unemployment rates in nsw
The development is inot in proximity to a hospital or train

Don't do it, we don't want a boarding house in our area. Think of the elderly and kids safety, this a really dumb idea, build it next to the developers house or the house next to someone on the council instead. Leave us to our peace and quiet safety

We don't need this in our area, not the right place for this type of housing. Keep our area safe. Insufficient parking, a lot of elderly and children in the area, not an appropriate area for this type of housing, needs to be in a city with job opportunities not here!
