Not an appropriate location for MANY reasons not the least of which is lack of parking.

It will be the start of turning this area into a ghetto and slum which is not required on the Central Coast. Absolutely not!

This is the wrong community to locate a boarding house facility....

Inappropriate use of residential land, that is not in the interest of the local community.

I do not support the proposed development for 48 McLachlan Avenue. The development does not meet the states guidelines and the congestion on a corner block by a roundabout is not a suitable location.

UNSAFE CORNER , lack of parking to accomodate an extra possibility of 16 cars.

Overdevelopment for the size of the land. Possibly eight to sixteen or more occupants and then parking for their vehicles.

It is completely out of character for the area and neighbourhood which consists of young families and retirees. It also does not comply with zoning requirements.

Apart from not complying with zoning requirements and the positioning of the property being in a dangerous position should a car mount the kerb. It is completely out of character to the surrounding dwellings and to say the least if approved I don't think the approval process would pass the pub test.

Aside from all the practical reasons the thought of 16 people sharing a lounge room area is asking for trouble

Uuhhmm seriously not the appropriate area. Parking, public transport, shops, close to Liquor shpp, locaks have been cleaning up Long Jetty over the last 20 years and you want to set us back, thats so wrong to the hard working people who have worked hard to make this a family friendly safe area.
There are shops at the Entrance, bbn public transport hubs, empty units so take it there. Stop it.

Have had first hand dealings with the youths living at these emergency housing establishments & it is not good. Crime around these parts will only get worse.

No way, It has taken years and a lot of community effort to have Long Jetty to rise above and get over THIS EXACT development and the problems it will bring to no advantage to anyone.
