The BBC should know better, this is disgusting and demeaning to true breeders who are breeding for health and quality, not wealth and quantity!!

What a totally irresponsible storyline. I am disgusted at the BBC for allowing such a terrible message to be sent out to millions of viewers, some of whom will undoubtedly think this is a good idea - for all the wrong reasons!

I am absolutely livid to hear of this upcoming story line featuring Lady Di. You clearly have no idea of how 'used and abused' this breed is already. And now, you are going to glorify bulldog breeding as a way of making a quick buck, while the bulldog rescue centres pick up the pieces of those 'used' bitches and their poorly bred, suffering puppies! Of all your story lines, this is by far the most tragic and desperate you've come up with. Reputable breeders have worked so well together, past and present, to ensure that only the very best bulldogs reproduce for the welfare of the breed, you are putting all this at jeopardy!......Furious is an understatement!

I am absolutely livid to hear of your up coming storyline involving Lady Di! You obviously have no IDE how used and abused this breed is already and now you're glorifying it to make a quick buck! Not good at all BBC, and the poor rescue centres will be the ones left picking up the pieces of the neglected bitches and their poorly bred puppies!

Shame on you BBC, you will now have idiots buying bulldogs, as they will see ££££. There is enough in rescue as it is! Leave our beloved breed alone.

Breeding Bulldogs is no way to make a quick buck. If you want to discover the reality of it please speak to a KC registered breeder about the myriad pitfalls.
