I have and i love my Bulldog (a bitch) so i was overjoyed to see a Bulldog in Eastenders espically a bitch (like my girl)... Then Eastenders decided within the first month of the Bulldog being in the program to mention how expensive they are! - Its true yes they are , mine took me three years of saving for and shes been worth the saving for , i worked hard and i saved hard because i love Bulldogs. Eastenders "look how much they go for each"... Thanks BBC , now i and im sure other Bulldog owners are slighty more at risk some maybe even worried that someone will attack us for our loved Bulldog! A lot of heartache love and care and yes money goes into breeding Bulldogs , the truth is i thought about breeding my Bulldog (bitch) until i reserched Bulldog breeding and read about all thats involved , huge risks! - i love Bulldogs if i had breed my girl it would have not been for money!! anyhow i probably would have made a loss (if it was about money) Bulldogs have small litters my Bulldog came from a litter of three) ... BBC Idiots!! This storyline is irresponsible on many levels and im sure it has put individual Bulldogs at risk and the breed ingeneral at risk , Bulldogs can have many problems and over breeding is a big problem! Thumps down BBC.

How dare the BBC be so irresponsible? They know Eastenders has a huge following ( although I don't know why!!) and some idiots will follow the shows lead and copy this stupid action!! It must be stopped now!!!!

i find this story line completely irresponsible. i have 2 little dogs from a rescue centre. they were used for breeding and then were thrown out like rubbish and left to die when they were no longer able to. is this what you want to see more of? please think again.

I have e mailed Eastenders inviting their moron script writers to come along to any pound in the UK on a day that poor souls are being pts because nobody wants them. I have invited them to come and look into the loving trusting eyes of a dog being pts because of greedy irresponsible BYB's. I don't really expect a reply from them or for them to actually go and do this :(

Yet another cock up by the once revered BBC, they get very correct these day. This storyline is totally irresponsible. Shame on the BBC for advocating back yard dog breeding.

To breed any breed of dog for profit is barbaric. I have recently adopted an ex breeding dog, a beautiful 3 year old girl Shih Tzu from a rescue in Wales.. When she was rescued, she had hardly any fur as her mange was so bad, she needed a hernia operation, her front legs are bowed and back legs have muscle wastage due to being kept in cramped conditions and used as a breeding machine and not exercised. And she was terrified of human contact! And why did she suffer like this? For profit, nothing more!I am a lifelong Eastenders fan and cannot believe with rescues across the UK overflowing, that they would run such an irresponsible story line!! Let them see the state of ex breeding dogs when they're rescued and see if they would still find this story suitable!

This storyline is totally irresponsible. The BBC should know better and quite frankly I object to my license fee going to support the irresponsible backyard breeding of dogs.
