Stop the ban on Surrogacy in India

Another stupid rule by stupid hypocritical politicians. However politicians will be the first in line to change the rule if they themselves or someone in their family needs these services. Get a real job and stop meddling in the personal lives of people. How do you guys sleep at night?

Instead of banning, government should focus on eliminating the root cause such as facilities that does mal-practices

When surrogacy can be done for Indian couple,what is the rationale in banning for foreign. I have been doing surrogacy since 2001. Intending parents,surrigate and our irganisation all are happy. Every body is getting what they want. Here nobody is exploited.country gets foreign exchange. I really want to know what is the underlying reason for this ban. If at all some problem comes to surrogate, whether you do for foreigner or Indian ,how can it be differsnt?All over the world, any country can keep ban for many thinge for foreigners!!!! What a stupid irrational argument?

When educated, sensible people, who are unable to have children normally, are able to have a child through well regulated surrogacy, everyone involved benefits.

Wake up India, stop your intolerance....Surrogacy is here to stay, and if you shut it down, it will go underground.

Please do not ban surrogacy in India for foreigners who need help creating a family.

Government of India should regulate the fertility clinics. This will give surrogates and their children better standard of living and education.

Surrogacy must be very well controlled but under correct circumstances, it should be allowed for those who can not become parents in any other way.

Please do not end the hopes of so many families like ourselves that for many years could only dream about having a family......our dream came through for us and ended years of total heartache.

It is not two side happiness but multiple happiness people who involve in this surrogacy program like clinic employee, hotel ,auto driver, local shopkeepers etc they depend on this program government should make rules but should not ban surrogacy

This is a massive help to couples who want kids but for reasons unknown cannot have kids of their own. Hope they don't ban it as it has brought 2 gorgeous little cousins into our family that mite not be here otherwise.

Blessed with twins via Surrogacy in Anand, India. My surrogate is so happy and the money has improved her life and secured a better future for her kids. The ban cannot go ahead as this is a lifeline for couples like us who have tried everything else.

This surrogacy supports the poor in India and also helps couples who cannot have a child due to medical reasons. There is a two-fold benefit and Government should not bother.

Please do not stop this give others a chance

Further regulation is perhaps required, drastic action such as banning surrogacy is not the answer. It will be fruitless and will likely lead to the practice becoming underground, and deny thousands of couples the opportunity to welcome a child into their families.

Please do not ban foreigners from surrogacy as my wife & I would never have experienced being parents if not for surrogacy in India.

It's shouldn't baned. It's blessing . Foreigner they are suffering from weather, work pressure and too much other problems. So this is only way and thanks to the Nayanaben who are more successful lady in the India.
