Please re consider this - we camp with consideration for all and never leave anything behind when we leave. We love our morning sitting round the tent chats. It’s part of our GM experience. Please think again!

Seems a bit shortsighted when people need to be able to cook outdoors in the rain. This will just end in people bringing bigger tents instead of groups bringing teeny tents and sharing a gazebo.

This is a terrible decision. You need to change it, it's not fair to expect people to come for a week without somewhere to gather, shelter and cook other than their tents. I won't be buying earlybird tickets now. And I did plan to.

These type of shelters cost around £200 why would people leave them behind? You have very responsible attendees this isn't Reading Festival. Part of GM attraction is spending time with family and friends under these shelters.

This seems like a very silly and shortsighted thing to do. It rains a lot at Glanusk, what are we supposed to do when it's chucking it down? There aren't nearly enough bar tents for everyone at the festival to get into when it's raining, and what do we do in the mornings and evenings when we're at the campsite? Please reconsider this. I've been to the last seven GMs in a row, but I probably won't go again if this ban is implemented. There are other festivals like Deershed and End of the Road with line ups just as good.

Sharing a gazebo as a shelter from the rain & as a communal seating area is such a vital part of the festival. It makes the whole experience comfortable & civilised.

Banning gazebos will mean I won't return to the festival. Have an extra charge for having gazebos, with a tag and paper slip declaring that the purchaser will responsibly remove their camping equipment.

This is obviously not very practical for a week's family camping in the hills of Wales. Poor decision, the detail behind the decision has not been shared and no practical suggestions on how to manage without shelter.

Greenman encourages friends and family to settlers (camping for a whole week) but won't allow people to shelter from the rain or sun in their gatherings - wrong!

From experience at Greenman this year a Gazebo is very well needed as a communal shelter for those days, as I was on the Friday of the festival where it poured with rain all day.

This seems crazy, a week in Wales and no shelter from the Sun/Rain? I have been a few times now and every year the commercial beast seems to be growing stronger. I for one would not attend if this ban was enforced. Shame on you Green Man!

As a 14 year Green Man veteran I think this is not a sensible decision. We have had a fair few rainy days over that time and sitting with our friends under their shelter has made them far more fun. Don’t punish the responsible people who have reused their shelter numerous times and always leave the site as spotless as we found it.
