Stop the Proposed 777 West Putnam 120-Unit Apartment Development

I am VERY upset that something this big might even be considered. I have lived on Homestead Lane for 66 yrs & will definitely FIGHT against this ridiculous proposal.

As a life long resident of Greenwich I feel this to large of project for thiis location it will impact on our neighborhood, schools, and add to traffic conditions in Greenwich and Portchester NY this has to be studied much further

Definitely opposed to this apartment complex being put at tiny little corner !! There is no parking over crowding . The traffic at this end of town is awful try it sometime !! Put it somewhere else !!!

I highly object the building. Byram, Glenville and Chickahominy is overpopulated. This will only cause more traffic and parking issues. I would encourage the town officials to come visit this side of town and see there is a major problem.

We have too much overcrowding in our town, we don't need anymore. I am against this proposal.

This project is not needed on the Post road. It will be an eye sore and start the down fall of the beauty of the town.

Please reconsider this apartment complex. The traffic is already congested in this area.

This building going up at 777 W. Putnam would be a disaster to the condos at 2 Homestead Lane and the people who live on Homestead Ln. I am Total Against this building being build in this area. Lisa Stewart

This is ridiculous! What happened to our small town charm? Can you imagine 120 units added to that area alone? Thats 120 extra cars (if your family owns ONE) It is congested enough!

Please consider the implications to the environment, schools, traffic and basic well being of current residents.

BTW, I am a Pemberwick resident. "Shelton" is only my location based on where the server of this computer is.

This proposal is outrageous, for all the reasons stated above by the Spelmans. The environment, local schools and roads cannot handle the magnitude of the proposed increase to the population in this already congested area.
