How can the town allow this without input from local residents?

The environmental impact from this structure cannot be supported.

First, I’m shocked that this passed wetlands!!! Our River, one of our most beautiful assets!!! The traffic circle by Carvel is dangerous as is, can’t imagine the chaos/accidents if this is built! Greenwich schools will have to be redistricted to handle the additional students!! THIS PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT IS WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS!!!

As a resident of pemberwick glenville for over 60 years I know this project will negatively affect the safety and well-being of our local citizens. This project needs to be vastly reduced in size or cancelled. The negative impact to upstream flooding and traffic nightmares are devastating

There could not be a worse site for a project of this scope. It endangers the present community and places hundreds of renters in harms way. Traffic is already dreadful in the area which cascades into pemberwick and glenville. Flooding is an issue as this parking lot has been under water before. Town of Greenwich, please use foresight in planning, not reaction to big money from big development
