This apartment complex would drastically change the amount of traffic in a small, almost totally residential area. It could also cause significant overcrowding in the already overcrowded local elementary school for that neighborhood.

The traffic on to Den Lane and Hollow Wood lane would be awful. This is a small residential area that doesn’t need this traffic.

this will indeed impact us with sewer, water usage when we are under drought watch,, traffic will be horrendous as it already is, flooding of the byram river is always an issue,, Den rd should not be shared, that is a residential rd, they do not need the extra traffic with children playing. this should not be built period.

How much more are people going to do to ruin Greenwich???? ENOUGH. I am sooooo against this!! Traffic is already a nightmare!! Why not listen to the PEOPLE THAT LIVE HERE?!!!!!!

Traffic is a nightmare in this area as it is. There are so many accidents on Route 1 / by the traffic circle. We don't need another 120 cars adding more to the mess we have to deal with. It's a hazard to our community in so many ways!

Building 120 housing units on a flood plain smacks of unconscionable greed. These construction projects are ruining Greenwich.

Why would the town risk endangering renters and emergency responders !? Who’s going to pay for extra fire and rescue? This parking lot floods like a pool...despite what the developer and his lawyer declare. There are photos. Let’s not be blind to traffic, contamination and school overcrowding in an already densely populated area. Sure, you too can live in Greenwich...but you rent (not own) in a contaminated parking lot in a flood zone behind an office building. Shame on Eric Schwartz (developer) for looking to put the health and safety of neighbors in danger to make a buck.

Flood zone - US 1 congestion - affects Glenville stop and shop shopping center that is overly congested already from rye brook - port Chester - King st customers

The traffic on to Den Lane and Hollow Wood lane would be awful. This is a small residential area that doesn’t need this traffic.
