Town Planner changes zoning for the small R6 zones. Think she should be more concerned about these oversized projects! To much crowding & conjestion.

The only thing that is going to happen if this is past is more congestion of traffic and safety. It's an already congested area with all of the muti family homes, extra vehicles and traffic. Don't make matters worse, just because someone can afford to build this!!

This is a horrible idea. The flooding alone should stop this project, but you also have a traffic problem to contend with especially at school start and dismissal times.

This area of town is already so congested. This proposal is just wrong!

Despicable that the town would even consider this!

All of the western Greenwich schools are at capacity or overcrowded. Even the next nearest school Julian Curtis will not be able to handle the situation

This proposal is not appropriate for the community. It urbanizes this area of town. Greenwich will soon look like a city.

I am against this project. This area cannot handle the congestion and traffic as it is now. The circle alone is a nightmare and an accident waiting to happen. How Port Chester and Greenwich can let this continue is unbelievable. Now to put at least another 120 cars on the road is irresponsible and dangerous.

Too much congestion and also we do not need to bring more traffic to Greenwich. Let's not turn Greenwich into a crowded and difficult city!

I am against the proposed 120 unit apartment building! It would cause a traffic nightmare where there is already congestion!

Health & Safety in Peril.
No construction should occur until after the Army Corps of Engineers Study, which is underway is complete.

why has wetlands given the ok for something in a flood zone. when you are looking for a permit to do your house or build a house, they look for flood zoning. and will put a stop work order on the project. we suggest that they look into the enviromental section of this build. this area has flooded during hurricane sandy, and other bad storms that have hit. it is also enviromentally unsafe as it is contaminated. money and greed should not be the reason for allowing it. there is a safety issue for residents . there is a sense of urgency to not build there as it will impact schools, , sewage, water usage and safety for pedestrians and vehicles, let alone the congestion on top of already congested areas. I suggest a vote to the residents for this issue. so not fair that it was not put to a vote.
