Simply to large of a project for this area so close to the N.Y. border, it will impact so many different parts of our lives traffic schools neighborhoods, it is just not a good place for such a large project

Tired of these developers touting "affordable housing" as a ploy to get their greedy way. Let's start focusing on the impact on Town resources, especially our water supply.

This is a horrible idea and will have a negative on our neighborhood and our schools! That area is congested as is as well in regards to traffic in the area of carvel.

In addition to traffic, how are we going to provide water for new, huge projects. We have just been asked to reduce water usage in town, again.

The Pemberwick neighborhood is already densely settled. Adding further density would be catastrophic to the neighborhood. In addition, the addition of a massive number of apartments would impinge on the quiet enjoyment we now have off business hours. It would ruin the character of the neighborhood and significantly degrade property values. Stop this now.

I absolutely OPPOSE the building of this hideous looking, outer space looking complex. It does "NOT" fit in with the history and area. DO NOT APPROVE THIS BUILDING.

The rotary is horrible as it is. More people will cut across Western middle school and Richland Rd. just to avoid that mess. Please think this one through.
