Stop the 28th Street Substation

In a community that is mostly senior citizens the MTA is ignoring the human cost. Spend the money to put it somewhere else.

This project will have impact upon a community already dealing with 2 large construction projects on 8th avenue. Enough. Move it further uptown or combine with Penn Station project

This will severely affect Penn South residents and is being conducted without our input and cooperation.

I oppose this project. I find it unnecessary & unsafe for our community.

This will negatively impact quality of life, and cause tremendous hardship for Hundreds of PennSouth residents/senior citizens with mobility issues. Please reconsider a different site. Thank you, Sandy Chan

I am a senior with a bad ankle. I use access a ride, like many others here. I am sure this would be a terrible hardship for all. Also regular taxis will avoid 28 Street. It will impact my independence and also many others

Been here for decades. Would hate to see this happen.

This is a terrible location for a power station and needs to be changed.

28th St. is a residential street and not an appropriate location for the substation. Please consider alternative locations.

I live at 305 West 28th Street Apt. 2E, This substation would be right outside my windows. I am 59 years old with a number of heath conditions that I take daily medicine for . This will ruin my quality of life and effect my health and well being. I STRONGLY OPPOSE THE 28th STREET SUBSTATION!!! Find another location that will not effect peoples health!!!!

Horrible and dangerous idea

This is a totally residential block. The other side of 8th Avenue is more commercial and FIT...who wouldn't be as affected as residents.
