There is often a backup of traffic on 28th Street that will get even worse. Makes more sense to locate on 31st Street or 33rd Street.

Relocating the planned electrical substation to a commercial nonresidential zone makes much more sense than constructing such a life disrupting and dangerous station in a residential area. A disastrous current plan! Reconsideration is necessary and urgent!
