I am a senior citizen and the quality of life in this neighborhood is worse every day,crime, drugs, construction lawbreaking no bikes and scooters it is too much to ask of long term residents to withstand more noise and disruption. Idiotic to build this in the middle of a residential area. Why not convert the existing power plant south of Penn Station for this purpose? Oh, right, Hochul wants to tear it down as part of her idiotic plan to redevelop the area around Penn Station.
