Do not build the substation in the proposed location! Please relocate this facility. It is dangerous within a large residential community, particularly with so many vulnerable seniors.

Penn South is more than just housing, It is an oasis in northern Chelsea and what was once the tenderloin area of NYC. The trees alone add to the health of New York. How long will development be at the expense of working class people's right to enjoy life?

Cannot be allowed. Elderly people live in this residential area as well as disabled which I am one. The noise and the damage to the air will be a health hazard as well as the problem with the constant noise during construction and after. There are plenty of non-residential areas for this. Please don’t let this happen. Thank you.
