I strongly oppose the placement of this substation. It will be extremely toxic and a terrible noise pollutant, disturbing a peaceful senior community for years to come. Surely there’s a better(more commercial) location for this. Don’t do this to us!

This will be way to disruptive to our community especially for the number of elderly who live here for a number of reasons that elderly people have to endure.
