As stated in the declaration, there are more than enough light industrial sites within the locality, why is there a need to plonk it slap bang in the middle of the one large visible open space? Then the also could be the object on the grounds of wave radiation in a residential area, opposite a doctor’s surgery!

Communications in the area are already working well. This is an unnecessary addition to local landscape.
Not to mention various proven and unproven health complications which could affect local population.
