Parking on the 1800 block of Berenice is TERRIBLE as it is with Guaranteed Rate employees using my street to park on. It is difficult to find parking sometimes I have to park two blocks away on the West side of Lincoln.

Built to an appropriate scale I think that this would be a great addition to the neighborhood. The proposal is not built to an appropriate scale is about 50% too tall.

I do not approve this mix-use building in the neighborhood.

This would negatively impact the neighborhood and our property value because of the height of the building.

It would increase congestion as well as negatively changing the tone of this quiet residential area.

I oppose this project, as it will negatively affect our neighborhood's quiet and residential atmosphere and quality of life.

This project is a travesty to the neighborhood. The streets between irving and grace remain relatively quiet and residential between the train and lincoln. Transit oriented developments absolutely never benefits the neighborhood. parking can already be tight during the daytime and the amount of traffic on ravenswood and grace is already very high. This proposal would absolutely affect the neighborhood and quality of life in a negative way. Keep these large projects out of the residential zones bc nobody wants them.

This would greatly impact the traffic on Berenice street.

This building is much too large for a quiet intersection like Berenice and Ravenswood. I think the 'Transit Oriented Development' is really a scam to avoid having the proper number of parking spaces for the building. Doing that for this building is worse since it's next to the train tracks, and no one will want to park east of Ravenswood

I'm concerned this would negatively impact the quality of life for other residents in my community. This would make parking even scarcer and would ruin city views for residents on higher floors in my own building and my building's rooftop view which is my favorite part of our building.

Congestion is the major issue I have at this time and location.

There are concerns of traffic congestion as well as the size of the development.

This neighborhood is saturated with traffic as is. There is no need to exasperate further congestion. As a residential owner, I have concerns.

I believe there is a lack of adequate parking in the design for this project and it should be re-evaluated and redesigned before proceeding.

This will significantly impact the value of my home, will not fit with the look of the neighborhood, and will create even more congestion/density in an area that is entirely maxed out. Most obviously, COMPLY WITH THE ZONING!!!
