Not enough parking! Building is too tall for neighborhood.

The proposed building is too big for the area. Traffic on Ravenswood and Grace St is already too heavy with cars, bikes and pedestrians. And street parking is too limited in the area to support a new building with 42 rental units and only 26 parking spaces.

STOP -- this is an ugly building!

Building is too large and does not have enough parking. Grace St is already very congested and does not support additional parking that would be needed on the street.

The area is already too congested and drivers and bikers already pretend like the stop signs on Grace and Ravenswood (as well as the speed bumps) are imaginary. This is the last thing the neighborhood needs.

Needs more parking before I could consider supporting this structure.

Grace Street is already incredibly busy due to Trader Joe’s. More traffic would be a catastrophe.

This street does not support this type of structure. Plus limited parking and it's a one way street.

Far too large of building for one way streets with already limited parking. Does not fit with character of neighborhood, setbacks and proper scale for this location. Another much smaller project or townhomes would be more consistent with the neighborhood aesthetics and practicalities.

We are opposed to this project. This area is already congested, we did not purchase in this area to have it evolve into a Lincoln Park type neighborhood. Please reconsider and place smaller townhomes or single family homes.

I'm usually a fan of higher density in the city, however, this building will create more traffic and congestion on several one way streets. Opposed.

I believe this development would cause even more issues with street parking as well as congestion in the neighborhood. I am against the property development at the scale it is proposed for. It would also obstruct my roof deck from the great views we have.

There is not sufficient parking for this number of units. Street parking is already a serious challenge because there are train lines close by, limited parking on Ravenswood, and apartment and condo buildings already on Berenice. Any new development should be required to provide a realistic number of parking spaces for the number of units it contains.

Scale is too large. Not enough parking provided for the building. Increased congestion and overall design/use case doesn't fit with the neighborhood.
