We have laws in place now, that need to be enforced. Why do people think that by adding more laws will automatically fix the issue. People who disobey laws will continue to disobey laws even when and if new ones are added.

We do not need any tethering laws just inforse the laws that are already in place most all your houndsmen take better care of their hunting dogs then most do their on kids it's a heritage passed down many decades to most of us something we all want too keep passing down to our kids most all the photos shown of dogs abused or tetherd are dogs with loging chains if in a little crack town that's where the system has failed to do their part an step in an clean up no hound Hunter I have ever seen dose this too their hunting dogs or yard dogs

The tethering law that is proposed is not necessary, the current laws in place need to be unforced. We don't need anymore laws for animals while drugs such as meth and heroine are ruining families and communities.
