Thought this was already decided by city council.

We are already inundated with peak hour and nighttime "customer traffic",using our neighborhood streets,as access to Superior Grill. often these drivers show little regard to residents of Dillingham Ave., or Oak Hill. Impaired drivers, littering, unnecessary noise are problems that will only get worse with more needless parking area. Please Don't allow this to go forward.

It’s unnecessary to build more parking lots. Your drunk drivers have already done enough damage in this neighborhood.

Phil Barbaree should be ashamed. His business doesn't even NEED this parking lot, and he's the most inconsiderate local business owner in Shreveport. His business directly borders homes. He should stay in his lane and let his neighbors live in peace! He doesn't care about anyone but himself.

We live two doors down from the projected site of the parking lots and strongly opposed more parking lots.

Please deny Superior Grill a rezoning permit for a parking lot. We need to keep it as a residential area. Thank you.

Gated communities are not safe, not when the developer can change the rules and build a daycare inside the gates because it will cost less money than outside the gates. So traffic at the gates of Twelve Oaks will increase just as home owners are trying to leave for work or trying to get to their homes. I don't live there but it is wrong to change the rules when homeowners have already made their investment.

I am not a fan of superior or their clientele. I don’t think they should be allowed to expand into the neighborhood. It will potentially put the residents there at risk due to the drunk drivers using a shortcut.

From the illegal overtime policy to their horribly overpriced underwhelming fare, this little succubus needs to vanish.

I am strongly opposed to allowing Superior Grill to tear down home(s) in order to build more parking spaces!!! Encourage them to buy the Stephen Miller closed business and build there! Thank u

The owner Phil Barbaree is a piece of work. Don't reward this jerk. If we're gonna bulldoze anything, let's bulldoze his restaurants!

This is outrageous.

The restaurant is already beyond capacity when the existing parking lot is full. With that in mind, the only logical reason for the additional parking is likely the restaurant will try to enlarge the existing building sometime in the future.

I think this type of rezoning is wrong. Neighborhoods have the right to remain neighborhoods and not become business corridors.

Last thing I want is my new neighbor to be a parking full of drunks.
