You shouldn’t be able to apply for rezoning AFTER you tear down residential buildings.

There is no need for this. We want this neighborhood to stay the way it is.

We need more, not less, green spaces between business and residential areas.

We have a Master Plan for a reason. Adhere to it. No city needs more parking lots.

Keep it residential. Everything about the traffic in that location is horrible. This would only make it worse for autos and the surrounding neighborhoods.

Drunk yuppies can park somewhere else.

Stop destroying our family neighborhoods with concrete and drunken fools. It's unsightly and dangerous for children and pets.

This business has a history of disobedience with the zoning process and a blatant disrespect for the homeowners in this neighborhood

With the CV-19 and the number of parking places they currently have they do not need more parking. Furthermore they didn't get zoning approval from the MPC the first time around, when they attempted to get the lot without going through the proper channels in the first place.

Superior Grill should NOT be allowed to destroy a beautiful neighborhood to fulfill their parking problem.

Superior Grill already has more than enough parking. Its patrons regularly drive recklessly through our neighborhood, where residents frequently walk and ride bikes on a street without sidewalks. They speed and ignore stop signs to avoid driving on Line Ave. Trash from Superior Grill, including discarded beer bottles and cans, already shows up all over our neighborhood. Further expanding a parking lot (or building whatever else they have in mind) will only contribute to blight in the neighborhood and will increase the hazards residents already face from the restaurant's carelessness and disregard for the community.

The need for parking does not outweigh the need for safety for the families who live in the neighborhood.
