This is so sad. I interviewed for this company, and it was weird. They skyped me but I could not see their face. It felt like a scam right away, and my parents decided to not let me sign with them. After seeing all of this and now they are blacklisted in LA, I am so happy that I did not go with them. We found a better company that actually has booked me several jobs.

I am amazed that these companies are still surviving with the internet. You would think for the amount of negative reviews and articles about this company and specifically Sunny Chae that they would have been out of business years ago. It is sad to see that so many people have failed to protect child actors from these scam companies. The city and Bizparents should be ashamed for allowing this company to scam so many young artists. I read about BizParents looks like they are more for show than for actually taking action and protecting child actors.

It is sad that I used to believe that this company was honest. I attended their world wide star search, which the event is very cheap and unprofessional, however, I still believed Sunny and Marina when they told me that this showcase was cutting edge. It makes me sad to see that this was all a scam. I spent thousands, only to learn that they are a scam. Thanks to the city for letting us all down. I never heard of bizparents but they should be held accountable.

I foolishly paid over $1,000 for a photo shoot with Studio Icon which now I know Sunny and Marina are operating. Unbelievable how they have not been charged! Thank you Mimi for starting this petition you truly are a genuine person.

I was a former client. This company and women stole thousands from me. I contacted the city several years ago, and they did not seem interested. I have heard of BizParents, but they seem to do little in really helping victims. This company should have been shut down years ago. I cannot believe they are still in operation and allowed to scam an entire new generation of actors. Sunny Chae and Marina claim to be women of god, but this could not be farther from the truth. They prayed with me, which made me trust them. I would never assume that women of god would lie and cheat so openly. Sunny's nephew Jaysen who was their photographer, was also just as bad. This is an evil group of people, that are willing to steal from anyone. They pressured me for months to attend their World Wide Star Search Showcase, this showcase was a complete joke!!! It looked like a half put together talent show, the "VIPs" who attended were in fact people that were paid to be there and many did even work in the industry still. I was able to get contact information to one of the VIPs in attendance, and they actually spoke negatively about Sunny, telling me that she had never attended this showcase before, and it was sold to her by Sunny as a GRAND event..... Nothing grand about this event. The city should do something about this company. They are just as liable to allow such a scam to continue on.

My daughter was represented by Global One ltd./ Dear Mama Sunny. I was always skeptical about her company. I found her to be unprofessional and rude. We saw her several times snap at her staff, and nephew, and clients as well. She says that she is woman of god, but she does not handle herself in a manner that a believer should. We left this company after attending a showcase for $1250 for a second time. The showcases were cheap, and assumed that the majority of the money was going straight to Sunny and Marina. They also had us pay hundreds of dollars for seminars and classes, all that were through their company. Many of the classes were taught by her nephew, who left the company and helped expose their scam publicly. They use the lord's name to manipulate people into believing that they are a legitimate company and into paying a lot of money to these two women.

Amazing that these talent scams still exist this day and age. I cannot believe that people can continue to manipulate others into paying for representation. These two women should be ashamed, that they are willing to scam children who are just pursuing an innocent dream.

No matter how good you are there is always con artists there lurking to take your money. It is a shame that these two woman chose children. The city should be held accountable as well.

How can the city and BizParentz allow for this scam to continue they should be ashamed for not protecting you children from this scam. It takes just a few clicks online to see how many negative reviews have come out about Sunny Chae and Marina. They have been running a scam for years in the city of LA. If the city and BizParents cannot protect the most vulnerable in the city of dreams, then they are clearly failing and new blood with fresh ideas need to replace them.

Do not attend World Wide Star Search! I just saw this! This is a complete Scam. I went to this "showcase" it was so unprofessional! It cost me $1250 and was a complete joke. It looked like a make shift middle school talent show! No money was put into the showcase, it was all put into Sunny Chae and Marina's pocket. Please do not sign with this company or work for them, they will use the lord's name to get as much money out of you as possible!

I go to Glory church in LA, and on our Facebook review page there is a warning about this woman and how she has scammed so many people. I see her at church and think how can she scam so many people, and then sit in the front row of church each week. She should be ashamed of what she has done to so many people especially being the Christian woman that she boasts to be each week.
