STOP STROLLER CLOSE DEVELOPMENT

I strongly oppose this development. The obnoxious manner in which a 'close' has been suggested to effectively become a through-road shows the complete lack of regard for those living in close proximity. The list of issues this will cause to residents of the surrounding area is endless and therefore completely unjust.

This development is bad news for all residents and will create issues during the build and life after! It's a thoughtless and Intrusive build that should not go ahead

Why should the residents of Stroller Close and surrounding roads have to suffer for a proposed development on Benham Hill? This is a private Close, built only to accommodate the families who live there and should remain so. I strongly object to this development.

I am against the build. The road is busy enough.Parking is an issue with people parking in Winston way on both sides of the road.

Parking is already a real issue in stroller close. Please reconsider the impact on the local residents particularly those with young children, disabilities and the elderly.

This development should not go ahead, parking is already an issue on this estate.

Lived here for 40 years and like being in a cul-de-sac. There is no room for any development nor for any more vehicles. I do not want this.

There is not enough parking as it is

My husband and I have lived in Winston Way for 30 years and love living here, but we certainly don't want all this extra traffic that this development would cause. The parking here has got really bad over the recent years and if this proposal was to go ahead it would only get worse. There are so many children living on this estate that I feel before too long there could be a serious accident or even a fatality. Please don't let this go ahead!!!

As OAPs, my wife and I are very concerned about the possible difficulties with parking, especially for health visitors.

This quiet and child-friendly close would be ruined by the proposed development. It must not go ahead.

This proposal can NOT go ahead!!! I have lived opposite stroller close for 18 years. Over these years I have witnessed refusal trucks not being able to empty bins due to unable access and even there truck hitting cars . And I am very concerned about more traffic being on the estate as there are children playing outside.. We DO NOT need any more traffic!!!!!

I am totally and full against the proposed plan for a building at the rear of benham road and access via stroller close.

Stroller Close already has an issue with not enough car spaces for the existing homes, with cars parked on the road at every available space possible throughout the day. The proposed development will cause major access problems and increase the problem greatly.

This development cannot go ahead, the area is already heavily congested and more properties will only make it far worse.

This will affect the residents in a number of ways. It cannot go ahead.

I fully support this petition as this is already an over developed area, even delivery lorries have damaged parked cars whilst delivering.
