This is unenterprising and profiteering of the worst kind. Squeezing four flats into an already congested area - use your own gardens for access and leave Stroller Close out of it.

Parking in the area has always been a problem and often there is no place to park forcing residents to park on their front gardens or further away on different roads. This causes crowding in places all around the estate. I am fully against these plans

The parking situation in Stroller Close is already abysmal, building this block of flats practically guaruntees that people will have to park in other places on Winston Way, further constricting traffic flow and leading to potentially dangerous circumstances.
