Morning and afternoon traffic will be ridiculous. The fact that their is a school across he street is not justification, as that is a residential seminary that does not have children being dropped off and picked up. I am sure it is a nice school that can afford to purchase such a nice piece of property, but this should never have been allowed to happen. For all the people who walk this neighborhood to get to the park, the additional traffic will put lives at risk! There are plenty of old schools that are closed down that could have been utilized.

Schools belong in appropriate specific zoning area. Please consider residential is a residential.

It is disappointing that a possible school of 80+ kids can try and locate into a residential area without appropriate conversation between our local government and residents. The street & road infrastructure at the entrance to this property is not set up to handle additional morning and evening traffic for pickup and delivery. Where are people going to park? Furthermore the additional loop traffic of walkers and bikers will be at significant risk to this increased traffic flow.

It would be unsafe to add school traffic in addition to the bikers, walkers, buses, police cars and personal cars that utilize Alta Vista on a daily basis. The
school would be located right on a blind curve that is already dangerous with the present traffic.

I greatly oppose the idea of putting this school on a private residence which is located on a street used as a bus route and a cut through for many residents going downtown and to Lexington Road. The road is narrow and has a sharp, blind curve where this school would be located. the school would need extra buildings and a park lot to accommodate their future. This would be an eyesore for the street.
Don't waste a great house with a terrible school.
