Put the money into the subdivision another way, the pavillion seems like an overpriced building that will rarely be used.

There are 4 major concerns I have about this proposal for a pavilion. 1) The cost; 2) There is not enough parking for the pool, clubhouse and a pavilion too. 3) The ground there has always been extremely soaked in that area all the way up to the ball field diamond. I’ve gone there with my daughter to practice and it’s almost like a swamp in that whole area. And, most importantly 4) There is no restrooms to utilize if you have a party there. I just saw this discussion today on Nextdoor. I never received a letter to respond by today.

Totally against the pavilion. If the HOA thinks we need to spend money on amenities to attract and/or keep residents the board can poll residents and learn of all of the deferred maintenance that our current amenities need. That should come first before even considering spending thousands and thousands of dollars on something that most residents may not want and is just another amenity to neglect.

Against the pavilion it is a waste of funds the majority of our community had no input on. New bigger subdivision signs at both ends, fixing trails so not flooded or mudded when rains, playground that is for our community at all hours for all kids not the schools only after 5pm. We are for what is put to a neighborhood vote and wins not what I'd dictated by a few for us to want.

I am absolutely against the pavilion being built!! I feel for the size, money, and such that we could use this money for much more. Bigger sign for our neighborhood, fix the landscape, the trails, seasonal and festive decorations...

Money better spent cleaning up the walking trail. Too much poison ivy and growth of weeds.
