That money would be better spent repairing the trails, pools, trees etc. $45,000 is a ridiculous price for a concrete pad and metal roof. NO PAVILION

If we aren’t allowed to put up metal sheds in our yards then you shouldn’t be able to put up a cheap looking pavilion plus I would much rather see the money used for a playground or to just lower these ridiculous assessment fees.

Rather have a play ground for my kids to play on that spending money on a useless gazebo that I have to spend more money on to use. How about fixing the roads.. just saying

No new amenities. Reduce our annual HOA fees if there is extra money lying around. Lower HOA fees will bring more buyers to our subdivision than an expensive pavilion. Upkeep of existing amenities & beautification projects are needed & more useful for all residents of Stone Meadows.

This is a giant waste of money. Take a look at the trail and see all the vandalism that’s what your gazebo look like.

Waste of money, I’ll never use it but be expected to pay for it, the cost will = over 1000 homeowners annual association fees . Just ignorant, repack the trails or make a playground for the kids ....no gazebo!

They could put better quality trees up to withstand high winds. FIX POT HOLES especially at the Hwy Z entrance. Put a traffic light in. A nicer subdivision enterance maybe add a good light to see it at night. Take out those crap flowers and add better looking ones.

I agree. Let's maintain what we have before adding anything else. If we're going to spend money on something, how about a playground, Just who is going to rent this gazebo?
