I have also experience the same problem some time ago in 2011 by David's attorneys in mithchells plain. And I would to regulate the lawyer's fee. In many cases the attorney's applications are declined by the magistrates because of the way the structure their arguments which cause degradation and make the most serious cases invalid.

ul 19, 2016 Agree same with koegelenberg attorneys....defeats helping people get out of debt instead people get more into debt with handovers and listing..if u handed over they should not be lited as u paying someone they cant do both!...where is the protection of consumer right in this!

This is ridiculous for these lawyers to do this to us once make an arrangement with them why charging u double if u cannot afford to pay 500 where the he'll do they think you will get 10 000 from ?
