Stevens Fine Homes must NOT be allowed to build in this area of wetlands.

This addition of the townhomes and single family homes under discussion in this location is TOTALLY irresponsible. Stevens Fine Homes must NOT be allowed to build upon and throw up its housing on this area -- AT ALL.

Building on designated wetlands is just a bad idea for many reasons. Stop the profiteering!

It is already a pain in the ass to drive with all of this traffic and all of the new construction going on for 133 and the added traffic it will bring. We dont need more! Build off of 17 or 74/76. Wait for 133 to be approved to be wider

I hope this works but you need to know the law regarding wetlands and development prior to the meeting. They law states "protected wetlands must be the same in total area after a land is developed as it was before." The workaround is that area can be anywhere within the developed area and in any combination of areas. They're likely planning drainage ponds, could be in a scenic or out of the way area, either will suffice.

No development should occur without a thorough assessment of the impacts of disturbing this land. Creating floods and otherwise detracting from the existing environment will play havoc on property values and quality of life.

This is a wet land if he is allowed to build on it the water has no where to go except on out lots now . This will cause a flood issue

I don't understand how these developers can get away with this. I am against them building on protected wetlands.
