When we bought our homes we were told that nothing could be built behind us because it was WETLANDS. Now all of a sudden there is building going on. Who getting paid of. Disgusting

When we bought our homes we were told nothing would be built in this area because it's protected wetlands. What part of "protected wetlands" don't builders understand??? I AM NOT OKAY WITH BUILDING IN THE PROPOSED AREA!!!

I agree 100%, the protected wetlands should not be built on. They are deemed "protected" for a reason. This will cause even more drainage issues than what we are already dealing with.

This road will go directly by my home with no idea how far it will be from my property. This is drainage area with a culvert that need work a few months ago. How is this going to affect our drainage. So angry that Stevens et al can bypass wetlands because they have money. This is unacceptable.

So sad that the little trees and green spaces we have left in Mallory Creek are not protected and are threatened to be built upon :(

The clear cutting of trees and building in wetlands is irresponsible and greedy. We need trees to absorb the water in areas prone to flooding and effecting neighboring properties. Retention ponds do not replace trees needed to also purify the air.

I oppose this new development for a multitude of reasons. One being the poor drainage in the adjoining community will be exacerbated. Our schools capacities have not kept up with the increase in population. Are medical services currently in place to handle the increase patient load? Rt 133, River Road is unable to safely handle the volume of traffic currently, more will exacerbate the unsafe conditions. Curious, in the Town's 10 year, 20 year, etc. plans what was forecasted for these new developments and are all the infrastructures in placed according to those plans? Do any of these new developments meet the federal urban development plans for low to moderate income home ownership?

Please protect these wetlands. We are already suffering from questionable decisions on building.

Typical of SFH from what I have learned since purchasing my home. Good builder, bad home owner repour!

This proposed development will seriously impact the wetlands, areas that are already flooding. Do not build on this land.

My daughter owns property at 198 Tylers Cove Way and was told by Stevens when she bought new build 10 years ago that this property was deemed wetlands and would not be developed. She is devastated by the news that they have reversed their decision and are planning a sizeable community in this area.

Do not over populate our beautiful area!! Think about people not profit! We have enough traffic, do not add to the problem

This was a beautiful neighborhood with lots of natural areas, conservation and wildlife when I moved here nearly 10 yrs ago. I lived in a home that back up to "conservation area" which is now going to have homes built on it. I moved to a townhome which also backs up to conservation and now have survey stakes in my yard because they are going to disrupt this. Enough is enough. Builder's greed is ruining this neighborhood, causing alot of owners to sell and leave. They are ruining the beauty of wildlife and the appeal that made most people choose to buy and live here. Please don't allow this to continue. Put a stop to this now.

The drainage in MC is of a huge concern to me as a resident here. We need more protected land, not townhomes.

High density neighborhoods damage the eco-systems and degrade quality of life for people , plants, and wildlife!!
