Too close to 2 elementary schools, don't want drinking and driving in our residential neighborhood, would decrease the value of our homes, too close to at least 3 other liquor stores. We have enough and don't need anymore!

With so many other places to buy liquor within 2 miles of this proposed store, I feel it would be a bad business idea. Elementary school within walking distance, not to mention the playground just behind the market... please reevaluate your location.

Agree plenty of other liquor stores around. Besides with publix selling wine it's already a one stop shop for me.

It would be the beginning of the end of this neighborhood. Our houses would immediately start loosing value and it would be hard to sell with a neighborhood liquor store next door. I really enjoy our neighborhood and love that my children's school is so close to our home. I absolutely do not want to see a zoning appeal approved for a liquor store.
