There is no logical reason to have a liquor store directly in between 2 elementary school zones!!!!!

Not in a family neighborhood.. I moved over here to get away from the atmosphere on the MTSU side of town. Now we're just bringing it here.

I am raising my family here and DO NOT want a liquor store in the middle of our neighborhood. We already have two close by in this area. It is very trashy and will bring down our home values. Safety will be a BIG concern as well. The traffic on St.Andrews is horrible now and there are two schools within a mile of the proposed store. I want a safe place to live in. If Scales wasn't so close to our home we would be moving ASAP. Take your liquor store some where else! There is nothing wrong with a liquor store, but it DOES NOT belong in a residential neighborhood packed with families, churches and schools.

The intersection at St. Andrews and Cason Trail is already a dangerous spot. Adding a liquor store cannot help the situation. There are two schools and their associated bus routes in close proximity. The present owners have a garbage problem now. They obviously cannot keep the area clean with the added traffic. Thugs already hang out here. This will cause more thugs to hang about the area. The fences are already pulled down to accommodate the thugs and tresspassers.

A liquor store doesn't belong in the middle of a residential neighborhood, nor within a mile of two schools.

We already have two liquor stores. That intersection at Cason Trail and St. Andrews is dangerous without increased traffic. Two schools with bus routes are already here.

I'm not interested in having a liquor store at the end of my street, it doesn't belong smack dab in the middle of our neighborhood.

I buy liquor at Total Beverage which is plenty close enough and convenient and appropriately located in a business district vs a residential area!!

With the already heavy traffic and crime on the rise, we do not need the nuisance this will bring to our family friendly neighborhood. It's known that liquor stores lower home values and bring undesirable things to it's area. There's no reason to have one in the middle of our subdivision. A deli, coffee shop or gym would be much more conducive to our neighbors and my family!

We do not need a liquor store in the middle of our neighborhood nor that close to 2 elementary schools.

I am opposed to a liquor being built in the middle of a neighborhood and situated less than a mile away from 2 elementary schools. Crime in the neighborhood is already on the rise and this will only invite more in. Please be mindful of the young families who work hard and want to live and raise their children in a safe, caring community.
