It is so cruel and ignorant to hold an event that endorses the mass killing of any animal as a fundraiser! It is barbaric! I can't understand how anyone could think that this is ok.

In the year 2014, don't you think it's barbaric to participate in killing another creature--a creature created by God--just like you? Why would you want to teach your children this kind of violence and blood sport? The world is full of vicious killing and the US has long been a part of this sad history. Isn't it time we do something different? It can start with you, please consider the innocence of the life you are viciously murdering. For every life you take, you will surely lose a part of your soul in the process.

Squirrels are created by GOD and have been granted the inalieanable rights to be treated humanely and mercifuly, and should not be killed for fun, sport,or play. If killing MUST be done for a necessary purpose the act must be quick and humane.

Please stop hunting squirrels. It is bad for your soul. Maybe you could try bowling or bungee jumping or bicycle racing or shooting at inanimate targets? Please stop; please do your best to stop. You'll probably feel much better about yourself. Thank you!

This "hunt" is wrong for so many reasons not the least of which is killing squirrels for the "fun of it", but also it desensitizes children to killing living beings.
