Some of us have said the same thing for months. Someone is plowing right thru all these objections as though they haven't been uttered. It's time for the Committee to stop and create an improved questionnaire and send it to ALL Trumbull residents.

The senior center is being steamrolled over just like Stern Village. Nobody wants radical changes, only repairs, The senior voice is once again being drowned out by the FS' super-inflated ego..

Just because the revenue is there doesn't mean you have to spend it. Let's knock the tax bill down for residents so they don't have to feel the squeeze in their senior years that makes them feel that they have to move to survive.

Based on current economic conditions and both the local and state level, we need to be fiscally responsible. A detailed feasibility study needs to be completed

Is this a project the town residents really want?

Would like to know current enrollment number, yoy membership trend, and compare against other needs of the town such as community center and education improvements.

Tax money could be well spent or saved for other town's concerns. I and other Trumbull residents I have spoken with find this project completely unnecessary.

As a soon-to-be "senior" and empty-nester, I would rather put my tax dollars toward education spending than a community/senior center. Although it would be nice, I don't believe most Trumbull tax payers can afford both.

I don't want my tax dollars spend on something we don't need! Our town needs so much more. Our first selectman is just thinking about who votes for him not the entire community.

Some of the surveys were done many, many years ago and are now meaningless under current economic conditions in Trumbull and the state. Is it affordable now, and in the future? Consider also the current rates of out-migration when people retire.

Build a brand new facility. We already had a renovated older structure.
