HELP US PRESERVE THE ENVIRONMENT. STOP THE SPECIAL ZONING!

There are enough sites now and when it effects the environment definitely not acceptable

Nothing like augmenting the view from one of the provinces biggest tourist attractions… with a trailer park greasily bullied onto protected wetlands. A brilliant strategic message that the Shediac area is open for business in degrading property values with laughably poor town planning and environmental desecration.

Very concerned about the environment and enforcing the laws to protect it.

I spent many summers enjoying the beautiful beaches of Cap Brûlé. I certainly hope that someone can put a stop to this plan to destroy the natural beauty of our coastal shoreline.

I went here as a young kid and loved the view from my friends cottage. It would be ashame to see it ruined

Over the last 20 years I have witnessed first hand the environmental changes to our coastal shore in Cap-Brûlé. The corporate development of trailers which will increase traffic and pollution in my community, will negatively impact the environmental state of our coastal shoreline, marshlands and the creatures to which it inhabits. This small community is greatly concerned over the future well-being and impact this development will have on the community and its local environment.

please do something to stop this destruction of something we can't get back!!!

I believe the entire Bay area should be preserved as an environmentally friendly area...all around water and marshland...we do it for our birds and four legged critters...so we definitely should be doing it for our humans, too. NO DEVELOPMENT OF ANY KIND! Speaking as a past president of the TD Canada Trust Friends of the Environment Foundation of southeastern NB and southeastern Niagara Region.

No to this gross commercialization that is intended to allow a small number individuals short term benefits to the detriment of the community as a whole.

I support the local residents' opposition to a development that would potentially have a negative impact on the environment and lifestyle they currently enjoy.

Do not rezone land in my neighbourhood so a corporation can ruin the environment and my way of life. I have enjoyed this coastal community for over 70 years. Please do not change it now.

I vote no to allowing trailers to be placed so close to, or worse yet ON, environmentally sensitive land.

I can remember seeing foxes roam our community, let's not lose anymore life from these critical wetlands

The new by-law is spot-zoning and poor planning. We expect more from our representatives at BERC.

Please do not change this area to recreational zoning (trailer park) to be owned by a corporation on our beachfront!

We oppose the proposed rezoning that would allow 12 trailers on a lot in our community.

Preserve the environment for the whole community.

I definitely want the BERC to vote NO. The rezoning should not occur.

I agree that this By-Law should not be passed.

i am completely opposed to allowing a further number of temporary facilities on these wetlands which we should be protecting. I vote a firm NO.
