If this is allowed to go ahead it will increase traffic, noise and pollution and change the landscape of our beautiful Brule neighborhood. But more importantly it also encroaches on the wetlands and will have a long term damaging effect on the wildlife and the environment. No environmental impact study has been done and this would be criminal to allow this development to go ahead for the financial benefit of a corporate entity or any other without any consideration of how they are affecting the coastal ecosystem forever. It is preferential treatment for few and has no regard for the environment or current laws. Once this is allowed the precedent is set for future development and the damage will be irreversible.

It is imperative that New Brunswick protect its wetlands. Developers cannot be permitted or worse, encouraged, to build in environmentally sensitive areas.

Our beautiful community will be ruined by the rezoning of this piece of land which borders on the beach. 12 trailers will bring an unreasonable amount of traffic to this small quiet area.

If the owners are allowed 12 trailers, our neighborhood population will increase by 25%. If they get their ultimate wish for 80 trailers, our population, traffic and noise will increase 200%! What will this do to our property values? I pay too much in property taxes to watch this degradation happen in our community!
